Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions to the One Point ERP service. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period on our SaaS plans so you can fully evaluate the Service before any payment is made. We encourage you to use this period to confirm the platform meets your needs, as it reduces the risk of paying for a service that does not suit you.

3. Subscription Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in Sri Lankan Rupees (or the currency stated for your plan). By subscribing, you authorise a recurring charge for your chosen plan at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us. On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew and no further charges are made. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

5. Refunds

Because a free trial is provided before any charge, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We will, at our discretion, consider refunds in cases such as: a duplicate or erroneous charge; a confirmed billing error on our part; or service paid for but not delivered due to a fault on our side.

6. One-Time and Professional Fees

Any one-time setup, data migration, customisation, training, or professional service fees are non-refundable once the related work has commenced.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge at customerservices@onepoint.lk or WhatsApp +94 76 653 3921, including your account details and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days, subject to the processing times of our payment provider.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
